Qualifications and Experience: 

•  Excellent barista skills and communication abilities.
•  Common sense, problem-solving capability, and a focus on customer service.
• Basic food preparation and service skills, with the ability to train and lead a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in social media and computer usage.
• Required qualifications include responsible service of alcohol, food safety certificate, and barista training.
• Prior experience in hospitality, including managing staff and providing front-of-house service.

Decision Making and Accountability:  
The Café Supervisor reports directly to the Venue Manager at Griffith University.
